Discuss Your EventFrequently Asked Questions
Standard rental covers 48 hours, allowing time for event preparation and return. Collection, delivery and return times are agreed in your quotation. Longer rentals can be arranged at an additional cost.
Our proposed minimum is 20 tableware pieces, which may include a mix of plates and serving pieces, or 5 decorative pieces. Large sculptures, statues and statement vessels may be quoted individually.
A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your selected pieces. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Bookings made within seven days require full payment upon confirmation. Availability is confirmed only after payment and written booking confirmation.
A refundable security deposit may apply depending on your selection and its replacement value. The amount is confirmed before booking and refunded within seven working days after return and inspection, less any documented charges for missing or damaged pieces.
Each quotation includes the agreed replacement value. Missing, broken or irreparably damaged items are charged at that value. Repairable damage is charged at reasonable repair cost, up to the replacement value. Existing chips, cracks and handmade variations are recorded before handover and will not be charged.
Please return items empty, gently cleaned, dry and packed in the supplied packaging. Follow the care instructions provided with your order.
Delivery and collection can be quoted for Marrakech, including the Medina, Gueliz, Hivernage and Palmeraie. Venues outside Marrakech are subject to confirmation. Transport charges depend on location, access, quantities and handling requirements and appear separately in your quotation.
Cancellations: 30 or more days before the event: payments refunded less any custom or non-recoverable costs agreed in advance. 15–29 days before: the 50% booking deposit is retained; any amount above this is refunded. Under 15 days: the full rental charge is payable; delivery and collection fees are refunded if those services were not provided or incurred.
Date changes: One date change is permitted at no administration fee when requested at least 15 days before the original event date. The new date must fall within six months and is subject to availability. Requests under 15 days will be considered individually. If the date cannot be accommodated, the cancellation policy applies and deadlines are not reset.
Please send all requests to info@tamegroutepottery.com. Cancellation takes effect on receipt of your email; date changes require our written confirmation. Refundable security deposits are returned in full if the rental does not proceed. If we must cancel, all payments will be refunded.
Natural differences in glaze, colour, shape and finish are part of authentic Tamegroute pottery. Individual pieces may vary from photographs.
