Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:
  • Europe: 5–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–25 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during holidays or due to customs clearance.

Packaging

Each Tamegroute pottery item is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Since pottery is fragile, we take extra care in wrapping and securing each product.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

We do our best to ship safely, but in the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
