📋 Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit is required to confirm your trade order and begin production.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid in full before your order is shipped.
  • Production begins only after the deposit payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Orders are not reserved or held without a confirmed deposit.
⚠️ Please note: Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun, as each piece is handcrafted to order by our artisans in Tamegroute, Morocco.

🏦 Accepted Payment Method

  • We accept international bank wire transfers only for all trade orders.
  • Banking details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC) will be provided on your proforma invoice.
  • All transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Payment must be made in the currency stated on your invoice.
📩 Once your trade application is approved, you will receive a proforma invoice with full payment instructions within 1–2 business days.

🗓️ Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after deposit is received.
  • Large or custom orders may require additional production time — your Trade Manager will confirm this upfront.
  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and will be communicated with your final invoice.
  • We ship internationally and can assist with customs documentation upon request.

📦 Suggested Minimum Order

For trade pricing, we recommend a minimum opening order of:

€1,000 20 Pieces

Smaller orders may be accepted at standard retail pricing depending on availability.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes

  • Order changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for a deposit refund.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos for resolution.
📝 Flexible Terms: Payment terms may be adjusted by written agreement depending on order size, project type, and client history.
